Pippa Evans with GTI July 2
 Pippa Evans, up-coming star of the stand-up world, runner up of the if.comedy awards in Edinburgh last year, finalist at the Hackney Empire New Act of the Year show, founder member of Scratch and generally very funny, very talented lady, will be performing with Grand Theft Impro tonight.

Actors Centre Workshops
The Actors Centre drop-in Impro workshops are back with a whole new day and fortnightly time slot. I know, exciting times. Cariad Lloyd is teaching impro for all levels at the actors centre every other Thursday, 6-9pm. Classes cover all aspects of improvisation from status to enviroment and are tailored for the different levels of the particpants. 2nd, 16th & 30th July 13th, 27th August @ 6-9, The Actors Centre, 1a Tower Street

Showstopper on MusicalTalk
 Showstopper! The Improvised Musical is the subject of the latest Musical Talk podcast.
It comprises an extended interview with Dylan Emery and Ruth Bratt about the ins and out of improvising musicals interspersed with clips from one of the latest Showstopper shows called 'Thanks but No Thanks'
The Showstopper interview will take place over two episodes. The first one is this week's - number 140.

Musical Impro day July 11th in Stockwell
A message from Becca Gibson about a musical impro workshop she is organising in Stockwell on 11th July:
"A day-long workshop on musical games and stories in Improvisation. Starting off with a look at ways of getting songs together and good ways of getting music into short form shows we will move on to attempting to improvise some 20-30 minute musicals...exciting stuff."
