This course is for facilitators, team leaders, directors, performers, teachers, artists and learners from all walks of life with a previous experience of improvisation - be it with words, music, movement, plastic art or any other means - keen to practice intensively in a safe and friendly space.

During the four days, we will explore individual and ensemble creation using various improvisational techniques including:
- Relaxation, ease of breath and movement;
- Games and drills for pleasure, spontaneity and mutual support;
- Stream-of-consciousness, images and memories to create stories;
- Viewpoints (Space, Shape, Time, Emotion, Movement, Story);
- Monologue, duologue, trialogue and ensemble scene;
- Spontaneous dramatic structures.
